Louis van Niekerk

Louis left the world of corporate law firms behind and joined our small team in 2012.

Louis specializes in company, commercial and compliance law and has provided clients with advice and assistance in a wide range of matters including POPI compliance, carbon offset transactions, consumer protection, commercial transactions and agreements, company law, B-BBEE, non-profits and trusts.  Louis has a passion for the law and delving into complex problems in order to find simple and effective solutions.
